ShaTona graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Speech and Hearing Science. ShaTona graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina Central University with a Master’s in Education in Communication Disorders. She has experience providing services to families of diverse cultural backgrounds.  ShaTona has experience working in schools, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and private practice. Her experience includes evaluating and treating clients with Articulation/Phonological Disorders, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Language Delays, Developmental Delays, and Dysphagia. ShaTona is also bilingual and is trained to provide evaluations and therapy services in Spanish.  She is also high skilled in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. ShaTona is a member of the Autism Society of North Carolina. ShaTona is active in her community, volunteering in church and local charitable organizations.
