Erica graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in English and Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina Central University with a Master’s in Education in Communication Disorders. Erica, a former English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher, has provided speech-language therapy in the school system, skilled nursing facilities, homes, daycares and with private practices. Erica has experience working with families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds through study-abroad experiences as well as teaching and providing speech-language therapy.  She is bilingual and has experience both evaluating and giving therapy in English and Spanish. Erica is skilled in evaluating and treating clients with a variety of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Language Delays, Articulation and Phonological Disorders, Developmental Delays, Dysphagia and Down Syndrome.
